COVID-19 Statement

First of all, the safety of our customers and staff is of utmost importance and Belmont are operating with COVID safe working practices and have been since the national lockdown earlier this year.

Belmont pride themselves on customer service and have sales teams on hand who can remotely discuss your requirements either by telephone, via video and on social media. We can share video walk rounds of new and used cars or send videos directly to you so you can explore our products in your own time.

In addition, we are able to offer paperless transactions without the need to sign hard copy documentation, vehicle deliveries and handovers continue to be carried out in a COVID compliant and safe manner, with social distancing observed within a designated handover area. Vehicles are prepared in advance, fully valeted, and sanitised prior to handover.

Since the recent Scottish Government tier 4 announcement, the Belmont Group will continue to provide our services in line with these new restrictions. The safety of our staff and customers continues to be our main priority. From 16th January, we continue to offer all aftersales and parts services. Collection and delivery service is still available, and we urge customers to utilise this service, it is still very much a priority that we stay at home whenever possible.

The viewing of cars in the sales showroom is unfortunately not permissible, however our full new and used car stock is available to view on the website. Simply pick the car you require information on, and we will engage via the live chat option. You can reserve the car, get your part exchange valued, and even complete any necessary documentation online.

You can still visit the dealership to collect your new car, or alternatively, we can deliver your new car, and collect your part exchange, it’s that easy! If you contact us digitally, our live chat option available for you 24/7!
